How an airport transfer booking works
An airport transfer is billed the same way as any one way or round trip on this site, by the per km rate for your route, whether that is Mohali to Chandigarh airport, a run to Delhi airport for an early flight, or a pickup from Amritsar. There is no separate fixed airport fare, so the transparent per km table on this page applies here too.
For a drop, tell us your flight time when you book and we schedule the pickup with enough buffer built in. For a pickup, we track your flight status, so if your flight lands late the driver adjusts rather than leaving. The first 30 minutes of waiting at the airport are free on any trip, arrival pickups included, with a small hourly charge after that if the wait runs long.
Your driver reaches the arrivals area with your name, and you get the driver name, phone number and car number the evening before your flight so there is no confusion at a busy terminal. Book a one way drop, a one way pickup, or both together as a round trip if you need transport at both ends of your journey.

How early should I book an airport drop for an early morning flight?
A day ahead is usually enough, but for very early flights or during peak travel season, book two to three days ahead so the right car is confirmed well before your date.
What happens if my flight is delayed and you are picking me up?
We track your flight status and adjust the pickup time to your actual landing, not the original schedule. You are not charged extra for a delay that is not your fault.
Do you serve airports other than Chandigarh?

How will I find my driver at arrivals?

Is airport pickup available at 3 AM or very early morning?
Yes, we run 24x7 including late night and early morning slots, these are some of our most common airport bookings. A real person answers the phone at 3 AM as readily as 3 PM.
