About Flywings

Flywings Tour & Packages Pvt. Ltd., operating this website as Flywings Tour & Travels, is a taxi and tour booking aggregator. We do not own the vehicles booked through this site. Every trip is fulfilled by a verified operator from our partner network across India, and the driver and vehicle details are confirmed to you before the trip begins.

Booking and confirmation

A booking starts as an enquiry, made through the form on this site, WhatsApp or a phone call. We check availability with operators on your route and reply with a written quote, usually within ten minutes. Your booking is confirmed once you pay the token advance for your trip.

Pricing

Rates shown on this site are starting per km rates. The final fare for your trip depends on the exact route, the season and vehicle availability, and is confirmed with you before you pay any advance. What is included and excluded in the fare is listed on the relevant page and does not change without telling you first.

Payment

A token advance, usually paid by UPI, confirms your booking and holds the vehicle for your date. The balance is paid directly to the driver at the end of the trip, by cash, UPI or bank transfer as convenient. A GST invoice is available on request if you share your GSTIN at the time of booking.

Cancellations

You can cancel a confirmed booking at no charge if you tell us with reasonable notice. Cancellations made very close to the pickup time may attract a small fee, because the operator has already blocked the vehicle for you and turned down other work. Our role and liability

Flywings arranges your trip through a verified partner operator but does not itself operate the vehicle. The partner operator and driver are responsible for the safe conduct of the trip. We vet every operator and driver in our network, and we remain your single point of contact if anything about the trip needs resolving, but our liability is limited to the value of the booking made through us.

Passenger conduct

Passengers are expected to treat the driver and vehicle with reasonable care. Damage caused by a passenger beyond normal wear may be billed separately by the operator.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and any dispute is subject to the jurisdiction of the courts at Sahibzada Ajit Singh Nagar (Mohali), Punjab.

We may update these terms as our services change. The date at the top of this page shows when it was last revised.
