Fill in the form at the top of this page or send us a WhatsApp message with your pickup city, drop city, date and preferred car. We check availability with operators on your route and send you a written quote, usually within ten minutes.

A day ahead is comfortable for most routes. For hill stations during peak season, for Char Dham, and for anything over seven seats, book three to four days ahead because the good vehicles get taken early.

Yes. You receive the driver name, phone number and vehicle number the evening before your trip, so you are never waiting on the day without knowing who is coming.

Yes. Tell us as early as you can and there is no charge. Cancellations very close to the pickup time may attract a small fee, because the operator has already blocked the vehicle and turned down other work.

A small token advance confirms the booking and holds the car for your date. The balance is paid directly to the driver at the end of the trip. You never pay the full amount upfront.

UPI, bank transfer and cash. The token advance is usually paid by UPI and the balance is settled with the driver in whichever way suits you.

Yes, on request. Tell us at the time of booking that you need a GST invoice and give us your company GSTIN, and the bill will be raised correctly for your expense claim.

No. Toll tax, state tax, permits and parking are charged at actual cost on top of the per km fare, with receipts. We list this openly higher up this page rather than hiding it in the terms.

Between 10 PM and 6 AM. A driver night allowance also applies on trips longer than 300 km, charged per day. Both are told to you in the quote, not added at the end.

One way trips are billed at a minimum of 130 km per day and round trips at a minimum of 250 km per day. If your actual distance is more than the minimum, you pay for the actual distance.

On a one way drop the driver still has to bring the car back empty, and that empty return is built into the one way rate. On a round trip you are in the car both ways, so there is no empty leg to cover.

Once we send you a written quote for your dates, that is the rate. The rates shown in the tariff table on this page are starting rates, because the final figure depends on the route, the season and which vehicles are free.
